ATTORNEY’S FEES:
Personal injury attorneys are paid on a contingency fee basis. This means that they receive a percentage of the gross or total settlement with the insurance company, i.e., before medical expenses are paid. Additionally, we are compensated for our out of pocket expenses incurred on your behalf on all cases including but not limited to fees required to obtain copy of medical records or expenses from each medical provider; photographs; postage, long distance phone calls, and other expenses.

LITIGATION/LAWSUITS:
Most personal injury claims (90%) settle without the need of filing a lawsuit. Sometimes, however, it is necessary to file a lawsuit to obtain a fair settlement. We are ready, willing, and able to litigate your claim if its necessary. NOTE: WE DO NOT FILE SUIT IN CASES WHERE THE COST OF LITIGATION EXCEEDS THE POTENTIAL RECOVERY IN YOUR CASE OR IF A FAVORABLE OUTCOME IS UNLIKELY.
